At Auteur Studio, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if your piece isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original luxury packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship with Ease

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio team verifies the condition of your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
